Good clean loamy topsoil!
 

I have just constructed a couple of raised beds and used this topsoil to fill them. It appears to be a very good quality soil, a minimal amount of root fibre. It just looks good too!
A really good experience dealing with Loweroak, delivery was prompt and driver very accommodating with unloading.
